As Managing Director of Diaverum Deutschland GmbH, a leading provider of nephrology services, I have been responsible for the operational and strategic management of 9 MVZs in Germany since 2022.
Diaverum Germany treats over 1,000 patients per year and provides them with reliable, high-quality dialysis to improve their quality of life.
Prior to my appointment as Managing Director, I served as Director of Operations and Country Nursing Director for Diaverum Germany, where I improved the quality, safety and efficiency of medical and nursing processes and standards and promoted the training and development of nursing staff.
I have more than 10 years of experience in nursing management, both in inpatient and outpatient care, and successfully completed my studies as a Diplom-Pflegewirt (FH) in 2012. I have been holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) since 2023.
