Helma Krupsack has been Country Nursing Director at Diaverum Germany since 2021.
I am a trained nurse and have been working for Diaverum since 2011. During my active dialysis time, I was very fortunate to be able to successfully complete further training as a specialist nurse in nephrology and dialysis.
Since 2014, my passion for organisational and quality-related topics has been awakened. I completed further training in management in healthcare and social services and was able to strengthen and expand my expertise and leadership skills as a nursing service manager and centre manager at MVZ Potsdam.
In 2021, I took over from Frank Gotsmann as Country Nursing Director, where I aim to constantly maintain and actively improve the quality and efficiency created in medical and nursing process development.
The high specialist nursing quality standards at Diaverum form a very demanding framework to ensure a committed, professionally excellent and motivated team for our patients.
