Diaverum recognises that there is a shortage of clinical staff in some countries, and therefore offers healthcare professionals diverse opportunities to re-locate their career.

The lack of qualified nurses and doctors on the German labour market is also affecting Diaverum. We are looking forward to the support of colleagues from abroad in order to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
We have already proven the benefits of an international workforce at several of our clinics. New colleagues bring new perspectives and ideas as well as their experience working in their home countries.

To start working at one of our centres in Germany, interested parties must demonstrate the equivalence of qualifications obtained abroad (training or degree). This will be checked by the respective German authority. Sufficient German language skills are also required. Applicants must have at least a B2 level, according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages.
A certificate of health and personal suitability must also be provided.

More detailed information can be found on the “Recognition in Germany” page of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Here you can view the recognition requirements for your foreign professional qualification as well as which documents you must submit in particular.
